Ferris Wheelers is where locals and visitors alike can grab some unforgettable BBQ while enjoying Texas-inspired cocktails, craft brews and live music performed by local and national artists outside on the 7,000-square-foot patio. In between sets, challenge a friend to a game of Jenga, bags, washers or hook & ring. Voted Best New Restaurant in Dallas, Ferris Wheelers’ menu features Texas staples such as brisket, ribs, house-made sausage, honey-brined smoked turkey breast and Carolina-style pork shoulder. The southern-influenced sides include smoked BBQ beans, smoked green beans, BBQ mac & cheese, jalapeño bacon coleslaw and southwestern potato salad.

High Fives

1804 McMillan Ave, Dallas, TX 75206

High Fives is a fun and inviting neighborhood restaurant and bar. It gets a high-five for being everything a neighborhood watering hole should aspire to be. It's laid-back with a welcoming vibe while serving fast, fresh and ridiculously tasty sandwiches, shared boards and local craft to draft to patio pounding frozen cocktails. High Fives offer a huge patio bar, plus there's live music every Thursday night and DJs on the weekends. Prepare to eat, drink, game, shout and leave happy, unless your team loses. In that case, we have daily specials to help you cope with the loss.

When you walk in to The Whippersnapper, you are instantly transported to a different era. It has the vibe of an old Dallas dive complete with retro lighting, 70’s era nude paintings and Christmas lights strung about. The scene is reminiscent of the Beck song "Where's It At" — with two turntables and a microphone in the newly positioned DJ booth. There is no draft beer here, so keep a koozie tucked into your back pocket for the bottles and cans. Cocktails are available, but don't expect to drink them out of your typical glassware. At The Whip, it’s all about the party – whether taking over the dance floor or challenging a stranger to a game of pool on the iconic cheetah pool table. Of course, it’s not a party without party favors, which is why guests are encouraged to make a one-of-a-kind GIF using The Whip’s photobooth.

We get it, Oak Cliff. We’re the new kid on the block. But I think your going to want to be our friend. The bar is only 1,000 square feet but packs a nice punch with drinks created by famed mixologist, Ryan Payne. At Tiny Victories, we pay attention to the details but in a chill, unpretentious, thanks for coming to our bar kind of way. Our bar only seats 40 but the drinks are tasty and the seats are comfortable. We take hospitality seriously and we hope to have a good time and shake as many of your hands as we can along the way.
